The dirt road doesn't get plowed, that we're aware of right now. Large lot, that is flat at the bottom a bit then mostly a hill. Would need to be partially leveled out to build. Skyline Mountain Resort HOA dues are $43 per month for the first lot then $38 per month for additional lots. B. There is a SMR new member one-time fee due at closing of $500 for the 1st lot and $50 for additional lots. C. In the year-round area the unconnected water fee is $45 per month and once connected the fee is $65 per month plus usage. Where available the water connection fee is $1,250. D. The power connection fee is $4,200. E. A yearly work-day is expected from members to save a $100 fee.
